Our Henley School 2024-2025 Strategic Plan was developed in 2023 following extensive consultation with the community, staff, students and it reflects the aspirations and expectations of Te Tauihu. It is the most important document in the school and sets the direction and tone for which all teaching and learning will occur.

At the heart of the vision is the statement “Reach High, Strive for Knowledge, Live with all your Heart" and our Henley High Five Values of Respect (Whakaute), Responsibility (Tūtika), Honesty (Pono), Fairness (Ngākau Tapatahi) and Caring (Maanakitanga).

This will be achieved through a partnership between the school, its community, aspirations of the local iwi and the Minister under the provisions of the Education and Training Act 2020. The Board of Trustees will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the school meets the strategic goals of this document.
