Pedestrian Crossing and School Road Patrols

School Patrols are on duty at the following times: -

William Street. 8.30 - 8.45am and 3.00 - 3.15pm

Please note:- To ensure the safety of our children, the school drive way is CLOSED to all vehicle access during the above times. Please take note of the yellow lines and avoid double parking as this impedes the view of the crossing patrol.

Parking is available in the Catholic Church Park across the street.

Gilbert Street. 8.30 - 8.45am and 3.00 - 3.15pm

Please note:- To ensure the safety of our children and the children of Waimea Kindergarten, the Gilbert Street entrance is CLOSED to all vehicle access during the above times. It is not to be used as a drop off point. Please take note of the yellow lines and avoid double parking as this impedes the view of the crossing patrol.

Salisbury Road.  An Intermediate School patrol is on duty from 8.30 - 8.40am and 3.10 - 3.25pm.

Outside these times, parents need to take responsibility for their own child’s crossing.
